હિન્દી કાવ્ય – [ઓશો]
“मैं रुका रहा
किसी बाँस की डाली की तरह
हवा के सामने झुका रहा
और आवाज सुनता रहा एक
कि नति ठीक है
मगर मना नहीं है तुम्हारे लिये गति
हमने तो तुमसे उन्नत होने के लिये कहा है
विरति की बात कहाँ कही है हमने
रत रहने के लिये कहा है हमने तो तुमसे
सुनने को सुनता रहा मै यह आवाज
मगर समझ लिया मैंने
कि यह एक सलाह है
अपनी एक राह है मेरी
रुकने की और झुकने की
किसी न किसी जगह
पूरी तरह चुकने की ।”

કોઈકે લિઓનાર્દો દ વિન્ચીને પૂછ્યું હતું – તમે નવોદિતોને વારસામાં શું આપવા ઇચ્છશો ? – તો તેઓનો જવાબ હતો – એક જ આગ્રહભરી વિનંતી – કદી તમારા મા-બાપ અને શિક્ષકોની સલાહ માનશો નહીં. પંડને જે દિશા સાચી લાગે તે દિશામાં નિર્ભયતાથી આગળ ધપજો ……
અંતિમ ચાર પંક્તિઓમાં આખી કવિતાનો અર્ક છે ….

ઓશોએ ઓરેગોનમાં ફક શબ્દ વીશ પ્રકારે, વાક્યમાં પ્રાયોગ કરી સંભળાવ્યા હતાં….
ઝંઝોળવુ ,તેમનો પ્રયોગ રહ્યો હ્તો.

{મા-બાપ અને શિક્ષકોની સલાહ માનશો નહીં. } એટલે…કે ? એ સલાહ જુના સમયના જુના પરિવેશ-માહોલમાં સાચી હોય ,પણ, નવા બદલાયેલા મોડર્ન યુગમાં “અપ્રસ્તુત” …એમ ઓશો સમજાવતા… “વ્યક્તિગત સ્વતંત્રતા ” નો મહિમા કરતી વાત…

There is so much disconnect between what these so called thinkers preach and what they practice. It is ironic that some one who was a modest brilliant thinker as Acharya Rajanish in 1970s became pompouis when started to call himself Bhagawan and then Osho – Just changing a name does not change the truth. I have visited and seen with my own eyes the rampant indulgence in and excesses of drugs, outrageous sexual behaviors at Bhagawan (!) Rajnishapuram in Oregon in USA and auctioning off of his 80 plus Rolls Royces.
Notwithstanding his brilliance it seems to be pretty hypocritical behavior, same goes for Pope in Rome. The same sorry state of affairs are ongoing all over the world in all organized religions in its pomp and pageantry, the serving God and living a simple life is lost totally.
I am sure many of the readers may not agree with this assessment. I am sure lot of this was reported in Indian media as American propaganda which is missing the point.

My humble request is only one. please stop circulating such stupid poem and provocative thoughts to the youth. As such, the society as a whole is facing its music, why to tuneup the same with loud voice? let’s not attempt to create chaos in society.

જે પણ અહી પોસ્ટ થાય તેની સાથે સહમત થવાની વન લખેલી નીતિ તોડીને કેટલાક વાંચકોએ પહેલી વાર અસહમતી દેખાડી તે જોઇને સારું લાગ્યું. આખરે કોઈએ ટીકા કરવાની હામ બતાવી. મોટે ભાગે ગુજરાતી કવિઓમાં એક બીજાની જુઠી પ્રશંસા કરવાની ખોટી રૂઢી છે (અંદરથી તો ગળું દાબી દેવાની ઈચ્છા હશે તોય!). રજનીશની વાત નથી. કાવ્યની ગુણવતાનો સવાલ છે. મોટા ભાગની ખોટી વાહ વાહ ગુજરાતી કવિતાનું સ્તર સાવ સામાન્ય રાખવામાં જવાબદાર છે. કોઈ આખી કવિતા લાજવાબ નીકળી હોય તેવું જવલ્લે જ બન્યું છે. બાકી તો એકાદ કડી શક્તિશાળી હોય ને બાકીની કડીઓ ના લખી હોય તો ચાલે તેવું જ નિરીક્ષણ છે. સૌએ એક વાત ધ્યાનમાં રાખવાની છે કે ટીકા આખરે તો ગુણવત્તા ઊંચી લાવવાનું શસ્ત્ર છે.

પહેલી લીટીમાં “વન લખેલી” ને બદલે “વણ લખેલી” સુધારીને વાંચવું.
