"હરનિશ જાની પોતાની વાર્તા વિશે કહે છે: ” મારી વાર્તાઓ એટલે અમેરિકાની પહેલી પેઢીના ગુજરાતીઓનો ઇતિહાસ”. જ્યારે જાણીતા વાર્તાકાર મધુરાય એમને આમ કહીને સત્કારે છે: “હવે શરૂ થાય છે અમેરિકન ગુજરાતી વાર્તાનો સુવર્ણકાળ.” અમને અમેરિકામાં ૧૧ વર્ષ થયા.ફાંફાં મારતા આ ખજાનો હાથ લાગ્યો.અમારી વાત અમને તો ગમેજ ને...ઈફ્તદાતો મસ્ત થઈ આગે આગે દેખીએ હોતા હૈ ક્યા? હંમણા તો અભિનંદન.. હરનીશભાઈ !
